Hailing from California, CAULFIELD play really depressing sounding hardcore. Huge crusty parts with a dash of 90's Cleveland hardcore and a bunch of really sad/bleak instrumental breaks thrown in a blender and regurgitated onto this lp as loud as possible.
Think His Hero Is Gone meets Integrity meets Neurosis.

The first couple times I listened to this record, i found it hard to enjoy, but as my ears became accustomed to the harsh unwelcoming sound of FOH, i realized how catchy this album can be, and the beauty in the noise. hellscauldron
